Standard Rate:
Valid Credit Card and its expiration date is required, the same may be subject to prior validity check. No charge will be made until the cancellation policy expires.

Cancellation Policy Standard Rate: you may cancel or change a reservation free of charge up to 5 days prior to scheduled arrival then 50% of the entire stay will be charged. For reservations.
June,July and August there is a more restrictive dicancellation policy.
Please check the cancellation policy related to your reservation.

Non-Refundable Rate:
Your reservation cannot be changed or cancelled a charge equal to the full amount will be made immediately after booking.

Payment by bank transfer
Standard Rate:
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to be paid by bank transfer and balance in the structure. The 30% deposit is to be considered a confirmatory deposit and will be retained as a penalty in case of modification or cancellation of the reservation.

Non Refundable Rate:
The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. No amount can be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation.
